CallAgent

About

We give agents a phone line.

CallAgent started as a Mac that dialled out through its owner’s iPhone. Today it runs as a service: Twilio carries the call, a speech-to-speech model handles the conversation, and an MCP server lets your agent control both.

Principles

Four rules we don’t bend

01 — No call without a plan

Preparing and starting are separate steps. The protocol enforces this, so it applies to every client.

02 — It says what it is

The agent tells people it’s an AI. You can’t switch that off.

03 — No recordings

Audio is never stored. Recording a call without consent is a criminal offence in Germany.

04 — Every call ends

A carrier time limit, an abort tool and a watchdog each make sure of that.

Who we are

The Dial team

CallAgent is built by 22nd Century UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We’re a small team in Germany that builds tools for AI agents.
