CallAgent is operated by 22nd Century UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Servers are in Frankfurt.

Audio is not recorded. It exists in memory only while a call is in progress.
Transcripts are visible to the account that placed the call and are deleted after 7 days.
Twilio carries the phone line. OpenAI provides the voice model. Google provides sign-in and the Frankfurt hosting.
